Collegiate Finishes Regular Season with Tri-State Championship

Miami heads to Mentor, Ohio for its final competition before nationals.
OXFORD, Ohio – With the US Synchronized Skating Championships looming at the end of the month, Miami's collegiate program has one more competition to fit in before trying to defend its national title.
Miami heads to where its season began in Mentor, Ohio for the Tri-State Championships on Saturday. The collegiate team is one of five programs present at this final tune-up competition.
The RedHawks have finished first in every competition it has appeared in this season and posted its top score of the season last month at the Midwestern Championships in Wichita, Kan. It was there that MU's 'Me and My Girls' themed free skate scored a 100.32, its highest since winning last year's national championship.
Competition on Saturday begins around 12:40 p.m. Results and a recap will be available upon the conclusion of the competition on MiamiRedHawks.com.
