ABOUT CENTRAL MICHIGAN: Central Michigan is 2-1 on the year, which includes a 79-62 win over Cincinnati on Saturday. The Chippewas are led by Molly Davis (23.3/game) and Micaela Kelly (20.0/game). The duo averages 5.0 three pointers, 10.0 rebounds and 9.3 assists per game.
SERIES WITH CENTRAL MICHIGAN: Miami is 32-33 all-time versus the Chippewas, with CMU winning each of the last two contests. Miami's last win over CMU was Jan. 16, 2019 (70-67).

GREAT SCOTT: Peyton Scott had a banner year for the RedHawks in 2019-20, averaging 12.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game, earning All-MAC Freshman honors. Scott started and played in 30 games last season and has started each of the last 33 contests for the Red and White. The sophomore has already scored 430 points and recorded 155 rebounds in her career and is averaging 18.0 points and 5.7 rebounds this year.
EARLY IMPACT: Freshman
Katie Davidson has made a quick impression on the basketball team. In her first career game, she posted 16 points and 10 rebounds at No. 22 Notre Dame and followed it up with 14 points, five rebounds and five assists in a win over Valpo. Last week at Ohio State she had a career-best 18 points and is now averaging 16.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per game.
CAREER YEAR: While still early in the season, senior
Abbey Hoff is posting the best numbers of her career. Through her first three years with the RedHawks, Hoff averaged 4.1 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. This year, Hoff is averaging 10.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per contest. Over her last 14 games, Hoff is 19-of-45 (42.2%) from behind the arc.
