Recently Miami Athletics announced one of the most successful years in school history, capturing both the Reese and Jacoby Awards for top men's and women's programs in the Mid-American Conference.
Throughout the summer, MiamiRedHawks.com will be highlighting its top moments from the 2018-19 season, including a school record nine championships, seven coaches of the year and 10 player of the year honors.
Today, we feature the hiring of new hockey coach Chris Bergeron and women's basketball coach DeUnna Hendrix as well as highlight some other amazing moments that just missed out on reaching the top-10.
