Tip-off is scheduled for 1 p.m. This game is part of One Miami weekend as President Greg and Dr. Renate Crawford thank faculty and staff by bringing together all campuses to celebrate being "One Miami". An autograph session will be held after the men's basketball game. This game also features carnival on the concourse as well as the theme We Back Pat. The game will be broadcast live on ESPN3 and Miami College Sports Live.

LAST TIME OUT: Miami beat Ball State last Saturday by a 60-57 margin. Lauren Dickerson put up her first-career double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds as the team forced 21 turnovers. Savannah Kluesner also scored in double figures with 18 points as the RedHawks improved to 3-2 in conference play.

ABOUT KENT STATE: The Golden Flashes (10-7, 3-3 MAC) have dropped to an even 3-3 in conference play after winning the first three games. On Wednesday, Kent State lost to Ball State by a 44-48 margin. Megan Carter and Asiah Dingle lead the Golden Flashes' offense with 15.6 and 3.6 points per game, respectively. Off the bench, Merissa Barber-Smith leads the team with 6.9 rebounds per game.

SERIES WITH THE GOLDEN FLASHES: Miami leads the all-time series with Kent State 45-44 after winning both contests last season. On senior day, the RedHawks beat the Golden Flashes by a 58-35 margin. Leah Purvis is the only returning player to hit double figures in that game, scoring 10 points. Miami's defense forced Kent State to shoot 27.5 percent from the floor and 13.3 percent from behind the arc.

LOOKING AHEAD: The RedHawks are on the road for both games next week. On Wednesday, Miami plays at Ohio at 7 p.m. On Saturday, Miami is at Western Michigan for a 2 p.m. tip.
