Day 2 Results
WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Freshman Harrison Moncino and junior Sean Sargent returned for the second and final day of the Zone C Diving Championships on Friday, Mar. 11 in the Purdue Boilermaker Aquatic Center.
After a solid showing in the three-meter competition yesterday, the pair of RedHawks returned for the one-meter competition today. The day opened up with preliminaries and continued with the finals.
Sargent was the top finishing RedHawk in the event in 22nd place, tallying a total of 239.95 points. Moncino followed in 24th with his total of 238.15. OSU's Zhipeng Zeng claimed first in the competition with his cumulative point total of 733.90.
On the women's side, Miami's Pei Lin completed a first-place sweep with her first-place finish in the women's three-meter event with her cumulative score of 401.35. Lin will continue on to the NCAA Championships in the one-meter and three-meter dives.
