Volleyball
Last Week: Miami was idle. This Week: The RedHawks have earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament and will take on Oregon on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Ann Arbor, Michigan. With a victory, Miami would advance to the second round to take on either 12th seed Michigan or American on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Read more HERE.
Men's Basketball
Last Week: Miami (3-3 overall) won its only game of the week, overcoming a 10-point second-half deficit to down Western Illinois, 81-72, on Saturday. Freshman guard Michael Weathers scored 19 points, while junior forward Logan McLane had 17. (RECAP) This Week: The RedHawks continue their homestand on Wednesday when they welcome Grambling State to Millett Hall for a 7 p.m. tip. Miami then hits the road Saturday as it travels to Fort Wayne for a 2:30 p.m. game.
Women's Basketball
Last Week: Miami (2-4 overall) dropped a pair of contests at the UNCW Hampton Inn Thanksgiving Classic over the weekend. A 27-point fourth quarter was not enough to erase a 19-point deficit as Miami fell to La Salle, 79-70, on Saturday afternoon. (RECAP) The RedHawks dropped their tournament finale to Providence, 75-59, on Sunday. (RECAP) This Week: The RedHawks return to action on Saturday when they host Indiana State for a 2 p.m. contest.
