Women's Basketball Hosts Shooting for Smiles Clinic Wednesday

OXFORD, Ohio - On Wednesday, the Miami University women's basketball team will be hosting its first "Shooting for Smiles" clinic. The clinic is from 6:30-7:30 p.m. and will see the team and coaching staff working with people ages eight and older who have physical and developmental disabilities, putting them through fun-filled basketball skill drills. The clinic is being done in conjunction with the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
"We are excited to be working with Connie Melhman, Advocacy Coordinator for Butler County Board of Development Disabilities on this event," said head coach Cleve Wright. "Our players and coaches are looking forward to connecting and having fun with the participants of the clinic!"
