Five RedHawks Land on Academic All-MAC Squad

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Five members of the Miami University women's basketball team were named to the Academic All-MAC Team on Thursday morning: Ilse de Vries, Núria Jurjo, Tamar Singer, Amber Tretter and Emily VanTimmeren.
To qualify for the Academic All-MAC Team, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative grade-point average and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests scheduled or completed in the particular sport. First-year students and ANY transfer in their first year of residence are not eligible for the award.
