Pei Lin Wins Zone C One-Meter Dive

COLUMBUS, Ohio--Completing a first-place sweep at the Zone C Diving event, Miami University sophomore diver Pei Lin won the women's one-meter dive Friday in Columbus, Ohio. She won the three-meter event Thursday, breaking her own school record.
Lin was seeded first after the preliminaries, where she earned 329.25 points. Sophomore Taylor LeCount finished 24th in prelims, receiving a score of 256.60. In 33rd place with 242.15 points was sophomore Jenna Karrow.
Lin also won the finals with a score of 322.50 for a total, combined score of 652.00. With her first-place finish, she advances to the NCAA Championships where she will compete in both the three- and one-meter dives.
The NCAA meet will take place from Thursday, March 19 to Saturday, March 21 in Greensboro, N.C.
