Chris Joseph Biography

Chris Joseph is a private equity trained entrepreneur who has successfully helped start or build three businesses from concept to approximately $100 million in revenue.
Joseph has served as CFO, COO and CEO in these high growth enterprises, and currently serves as CFO/Chief Performance Officer of Tribridge Holdings LLC, a $130 million in revenue, private equity backed IT services company. He joined Tribridge in 2009 when Tribridge acquired Mercatus, a business he founded in 2003 that provided comprehensive services to healthcare providers.
Prior to founding Mercatus, Joseph was CFO at Parson Group LLC, an international finance and accounting consultancy that was ranked No. 1 on the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Company list in 2000. He was also founder and COO of a technology hardware distributor that achieved $100 million in annual revenue before its sale to GE Capital.
Prior to becoming an entrepreneur in 1994, Joseph worked as an Investment Manager for Wind Point Partners, a $2.8 billion private equity firm based in Chicago.
Joseph is an active member of the community and currently serves on multiple corporate and civic boards. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in finance from Miami University.
