Prodoehl Named Scholar-Athlete of the Week

Jacob Prodoehl, a member of the Miami University swimming and diving team, was named this week's Mid-American Conference Male Scholar-Athlete of the Week. The sophomore maintains a perfect 4.0 grade-point average while majoring in biology.
Prodoehl helped Miami to a pair of relay wins and recorded an individual win as the RedHawks downed Ball State 135-93 last weekend. Prodoehl was part of the 400 medley relay team that finished first with a time of 3:34 and the 200 freestyle relay team that also captured a victory with a time of 1:26.07. Individually, Prodoehl recorded a time of 47.83 in the 100 freestyle to secure a first-place finish in the event.
