Miami Unveils 2011-12 Virtual Guide

OXFORD, Ohio -- Miami Athletics has unveiled its 2011-12 virtual guide, providing the latest information on the RedHawk program through a multimedia format. The publication is the latest in the evolution of old-style media guides and allows the fans to gain information through web links, pdf files and video components.

It also includes a two-page spread highlighting each sport with a recruiting video as part of the presentation.

All of the components for traditional media guides are included in various formats, with the benefit of information such as player bios being updated throughout the year.

Final elements to the publication -- such as some videos, updated stats and record books -- will be added as each athletic season begins.
