Six RedHawk Swimmers in Ohio Seniors Meet

OXFORD, Ohio--Six young Miami University women's swimmers will compete Friday through Sunday (Mar. 4-6) in the Ohio Senior State Championships at the Nixon Aquatic Center.
Sophomore Stacia Schacter (Atlanta, GA) and freshmen Morgan Farrell (Waukesha, WI), Brianna Fujan (Byron, MN), Jill Kandigian (Westfield, NJ), Kate Van Fossen (Upper Arlington) and Nicole Wagner (Columbus) will compete in a large field of collegiate and club swimmers.
Schacter and Wagner will compete in the 100 and 200 breaststroke events, Fujan and Farrell will enter the 100 and 200 backstroke competitions, and Kandigian and Van Fossen will participate in the 100 and 200 butterfly races.
Prelims begin at 9 a.m. all three days. Finals will start at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and at 3:30 on Sunday.
Admission to the Ohio Senior State meet is free.
