With Miami's win Friday, the RedHawks assured themselves of the 3 seed in the upcoming MAC Tournament, which earns them a first-round bye. Winbush's 150 career 3-point makes moves him into sole possession of eighth all-time at Miami.

The team's previous low for turnovers in a single half was three, which they achieved five times. The RedHawks finished with nine turnovers in the contest, which tied a season low and marked a season low in league play. Miami also committed just nine giveaways Dec. 11 vs. Troy.
