RedHawk Swimmers Take Lead at MAC Men's Swimming Championships

BOWLING GREEN, OHIO (March 3) -- Miami's Men's swimming and diving team enters the final day of the Mid-American Conference championship ahead of Eastern Michigan by 24 points.
First place finsihers for Miami were John Carroll (Toledo, Ohio/St.Francis) who swam the 400-yard individual Medlay in 3:55.57 and Dylan Nichols (Indianapolis, Ind./Pike), who posted a score of 481.40 in the three-meter diving event. Also placing first was Miami's 800-yard freestyle relay team of Will Sensenbrenner (Champaign, Ill./Central), PJ Glandon (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington), Eric DiSalle (Maumee, Ohio/St. Francis), and Carroll that finished in 6:41.90.
Miami leads all teams with a total score of 533 points, followed by Eastern Michigan with 509.
