Riley Balsmeyer is in her first season as coordinator of volleyball operations with Miami Volleyball, moving into the position in August 2020.
Balsmeyer played volleyball at Alabama A&M before becoming a graduate assistant at Miami where she earned a Master of Science in Sport Leadership while working with the Miami Volleyball program. She was a recipient of the AVCA Coaches to Coaches Scholarship in 2018.
"Riley is perfect for this position and we are grateful to have her continue with our program," said Head Coach Carolyn Condit. "She often distinguishes herself through the breadth and quality of her work, her amazing work ethic, and her passion for volleyball on the court and behind the scenes."
