Jackie Schwieger is in her first season as the coordinator of volleyball operations, joining the program in August 2021.
 
Schwieger comes to Miami after serving as a graduate assistant at Iowa Wesleyan University for the past two seasons. While at Iowa Wesleyan, she assisted the head coach in all volleyball team-related aspects such as recruiting, practice planning, team travel, budgeting and player development.
 
Prior to her time at IWU, she served as the freshman volleyball head coach at Richards High School in 2017-18 and was an assistant varsity volleyball coach at Shepard High School in 2016-17. She also served as the 12-14 Team head coach for Michio Chicago Volleyball Academy from 2015-18.
 
Schwieger earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics with a minor in Spanish from Campbellsville University in 2019. While at Campbellsville, she was a four-year member of the volleyball team where she was a two-time All-Midsouth Conference selection, earning NCCAA all-region honors and the Campbellsville Sportsmanship Award in 2013. Schwieger earned her master's degree in management leadership from Iowa Wesleyan in 2021.
