2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in one race, which was the season-opening Dayton Flyer Invitational (Sept. 2) ... finished fourth on the team and 12th overall at the Flyer Invitational (19:17).
Track and Field -- Indoors, turned in season-best time in the 3,000 meters (11:08.13) at the Ball State Quadrangular ... added season-best time in the 5,000 meters (19:11.03) at the All-Ohio Championships ... outdoors, registered season-best time in the 5,000 meters (18:30.18) at the Southern Ohio Cup.
2005-06: Cross Country --
All-MAC Academic Team ... participated in all eight of Miami[apos]s races ... finished second on the team at three races: the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge (Sept. 3), the Pre-NCAA meet (Oct. 15) and the MAC Championships (Oct. 29) ... top 5K time of the season came at the conference meet (18:25) ... best overall finish was sixth at the Cedarville Invitational (Sept. 17) where she helped Miami win the team title ... also ran sub-19 minute times in the 5K at the Cedarville Invitational (18:39) and the Notre Dame Invitational (18:48; Sept. 30) ... ran top 6K time of the year at the Pre-NCAA meet (22:10).
Track and Field -- During the indoor season, notched a pair of wins in the 3,000 meters (Bowling Green Invitational and the Eastern Illinois Invitational) and added a victory in the 5,000 meters at the All-Ohio ... at the MAC Indoor Championships, narrowly missed scoring as she finished ninth in the 5,000 meters and 10th in the 3,000 meters ... clocked in with top times in the 3,000 meters (10:05.22) at the Eastern Illinois Invitational and the 5,000 meters (17:26.86) at the All-Ohio ... outdoors, competed in both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters ... clocked in with season-best outdoor time in the 5,000 meters (17:41.39) at the Miami Invitational and in the 10,000 meters (39:09.75) at the SeaRay Relays.
2004-05: Cross Country --
All-MAC Second Team ... first RedHawk across the tape in four of the team[apos]s seven races as a rookie and was the second Miamian in the other three ... won the Miami Invitational 5K overall title, finishing in 18:18 ... top 5K time came at the Cedarville Invite, where she finished third overall and second among RedHawks in 18:04 ... at the MAC Championship, finished seventh overall in 18:30 and first among RedHawks, earning second-team all-conference status ... at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on a 6K course, finished second on the team, 65th overall, in 21:42.7.
Indoor Track and Field -- ran the 5K in two races, winning the event at Eastern Illinois in 18:19.25 and had her top 5K time of the indoor season at Kent State, finishing third in 18:01.32.
Outdoor Track and Field -- Did not compete during the outdoor season.
High School: Ran the 1600 and 3200 meters and participated in cross country at Beavercreek High School in Beavercreek, Ohio ... finished second in the 3200 meters at the Division I Ohio state meet as a senior after finishing fifth in the state cross country race ... recorded previous finishes of eighth in cross country as a junior and sixth as a sophomore.
