Biography
2016-17: Won the one-meter dive at Cincinnati (254.35) ... placed third in the event against Akron (275.24), Bowling Green and Marshall (269.40) and Ohio (260.47), fourth at Ohio State (273.83), Eastern Michigan (252.15) and Wright State (227.85), fifth at Purdue and ninth at the MAC Championships (272.65) ... took second in the three-meter dive against Ball State (268.57) and Cincinnati (238.90), fourth against Akron (252.00), Ohio (246.00) and Wright State (219.22), fifth against Ohio State (254.40) and Bowling Green and Marshall (246.10), sixth at Purdue (223.43) and eighth at Eastern Michigan (261.01).
2015-16: Academic All-MAC ... Finished second in the one-meter dive against Cincinnati (268.19) and Bowling Green (267.90), third against Buffalo (246.30), fifth against Ball State (257.10), sixth against Purdue (258.67), Ohio State (252.23) and Eastern Michigan (233.85), eighth against Akron (237.67) and 10th at the MAC Championships (258.65) ... finished second in the three-meter dive against Buffalo (258.08), third at Eastern Michigan (257.71), fourth at Bowling Green (252.60), fifth against Ohio State (281.18) and Purdue (254.10), sixth against Akron (248.85) and Ball State (234.08) and 12th at the MAC Championships.
2014-2015: Academic All-MAC … competed in the NCAA Zone Diving C Competition, where she came in 33rd in the one-meter dive (242.15) and 34th in the three-meter dive (228.45) … during the MAC Championships, she placed fifth in the one-meter dive (274.80) and 11th in the three-meter dive (273.90) … won the one-meter dive against Buffalo (260.25) … placed second in the event at Ball State (275.78) and against Toledo (260.93), third against Ohio State (259.04) and at Ohio (249.22) and fourth at Purdue (254.85) … won the three-meter dive against Buffalo (266.63) … placed second in the event against Ohio State (284.62), third against Toledo (267.07) and at Ohio (227.32) and fourth at Purdue (230.40)
2013-2014: Karrow began her freshman season with a sixth-place finish in the one-meter diving event against Purdue. She finished fourth in the three-meter dive. Against Akron, Karrow finished second in the one-meter dive and sixth in the three-meter diving event. She was second in the one-meter event against Bowling Green. She was second in the three-meter dive against the Falcons and against Ball State. Against Cincinnati, she finished second in both the three-meter and one-meter diving events. She also finished second against Evansville in the one-meter dive. Karrow was third in the one-meter dive and fourth in the three-meter dive against Buffalo. She was fifth and seventh in the three and one-meter dives, respectively, against Eastern Michigan. She closed the season with a fifth-place finish in the one-meter dive and a sixth-place finish in the three-meter dive against Ohio. At the MAC Championships, Karrow finished 13th in the one-meter diving event.
High School: Dove for East Ridge High School and Minnesota Diving Academy...Four-time All-Conference...three-time All-State...2010 State Champion...three-time All-American...two-time Elite Eight...Captain for two years.
