2023-24 HIGHLIGHTS
- Took 2nd place in the 5k at RedHawk Rumble (cross country), running a season-best 17:46.0
- Finished 32nd in the 6k at MAC Cross Country Championships with a time of 21:44.9
- Competed in the 6k at NCAA Division I Great Lakes Region Cross Country Championships, earning 72nd place with a time of 21:47.1
- Placed fifth in the distance medley relay (11:54.85) and 20th in the 3000m (10:04.25) at MAC Indoor Championships
- Won the 3000m steeplechase (10:46.99) at Jim Vargo Invitational (outdoor)
- Set a personal-record 4:27.34 in the 1500m at Billy Hayes Invitational (outdoor)
- Took sixth in the 3000m steeplechase with a PR time of 10:31.17 and 15th in the 5000m (17:44.73) at MAC Outdoor Championships
