2018-19: Outdoor - Ran in five meets … finished 16th at the MAC Championship (5/9-11) in the 10,000m with a 37:58.59 time … season-best in the 10K was a 36:45.53 at the Virginia Challenge where she finished ninth … took fifth in the 5K at Ball State (4/12-13) … Academic All-MAC. Indoor - Saw action in five meets … finished 12th in the 5000m at the MAC meet (2/22-23) with a 17:36.61 time … best mark in that event was 17:15.38 at Grand Valley State (2/8) … best 3000m time was 9:59.15 at Notre Dame’s Meyo Invitational (2/1-2) … was a MAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete as well as being named Academic All-MAC. Cross Country - Ran in seven races … finished second at the RedHawk Rumble (9/22) with a season-best 6K time of 21:39.4 … finished 23rd at the MAC Championship (10/27) … named Academic All-MAC.

2017-18: Outdoor – Competed in five meets … named Academic All-MAC … placed 12th in the 10,000m (season-best 36:37.99) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/10-12) … finished eighth in the 5000m (17:40.70) at the Crimson Tide Invitational (4/6-7). Indoor – Ran in four meets … made season debut at Kentucky Invite with a PR 5:07.59 in the mile … took second in the mile and third in the 800m at the Anderson Invite … ran a 17:32.67 in the 5000m at the Music City Challenge … placed eighth in the 3000m at the Buckeye Tune-Up with a 10:09.35. Cross Country – Competed in six meets … named Academic All-MAC … placed 51st (22:30.7) at the MAC Championship (10/28) … top 6K time was 22:22.0 (47th) at the Sam Bell Invitational (9/30).

2016-17: Outdoor – Raced in seven meets … finished 20th in the 10,000m (37:32.90) at the MAC Outdoor Championships (5/11-13) … top 5000m was 17:35.02 (14th) at the Gina Relays (4/27-29). Indoor – Competed in four meets … placed eighth in the 3000m (10:16.61) at the Indian Relays (1/27-28). Cross Country – Ran in five meets … top 6K time was 23:07.6 (48th) at the Spartan Invitational (9/16) … finished 73rd (23:26.3) at the MAC Championship (10/29).

High School: lettered four years in cross country and track at Mason High School … personal best for 5K is 18:08, 10:56 for 3200m, 5:11 for 1600m … owns school record in 4x1600m relay… state champions in 2012 and 2013 … three-time individual state qualifier … four-year qualifier to Ohio state indoor meet … scored for Team Ohio in the 2015 Mid-East Cross Country Championship … three-time All-Ohio Cross Country … three-time Academic All-Ohio Cross Country … 2014 Southwest Ohio Co-Runner of the Year … two-time district champion … two-time Greater Miami Conference champion and Runner of the Year … 2014 Region 4 Runner-Up .
