2006-07: NCAA MidEast Regional Qualifier ... indoors, notched career-best toss in the weight throw (57-2 1/4) and season-best shot put (43-1 1/2) at the All-Ohio Championships ... outdoors, was a regional qualifier in the hammer throw ... made second career regional appearance after also qualifying in the discus as a sophomore ... finished 25th in the hammer throw at the MidEast Regional (167-5) ... placed fourth in the hammer throw at MAC Outdoor Championships with career-best toss of 178-9 ... her throw stands as the second furthest in program history ... also finished eighth in the discus at the conference meet with season-best distance of 148-10.
2005-06: During the indoor season, notched one individual win in the weight throw at the Bowling Green Invitational with a career-best toss (56-2 3/4) ... also threw the shot put, registering a season-best toss (41-7 1/4) at the Findlay Open ... at the MAC Indoor Championships, placed 15th in the weight toss ... outdoors, notched three wins in the throws, with two coming in the discus (Southern Ohio Cup and National City Invitational) and one in the hammer throw (Billy Hayes Invitational) ... scored at the MAC Outdoor Championships with an eighth-place finish in the discus ... also placed 10th in the hammer throw and 15th in the shot put at the outdoor conference meet ... turned in career-best tosses in the shot put (43-7 1/4) and hammer throw (172-5) at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... season-best toss in the discus (154-3) came at the Southern Ohio Cup.
2004-05: Indoor Track and Field -- Threw the shot put and weight at six meets ... top toss in both came at the MAC Championships, where she threw 40-8 3/4 in the shot put, finishing 21st, and 51-9 3/4 in the weight, finishing 14th.
Outdoor Track and Field -- Qualified for the NCAA Mideast Regional in the discus with her 157-10 throw at the Miami Invitational that won the event and placed her second all-time on the Miami all-time list behind Christin Scott[apos]s 163-1 throw in 1997 ... set her personal best in the hammer at the All-Ohio Championships, finishing 13th and throwing 145-5 ... also threw her top shot put of the year at the All-Ohio, measuring 41-10 3/4 and placing 11th ... participated in the NCAA Regional in the discus, but fouled in her attempts ... at the MAC Championships, competed in all three throws with a top placing of fifth in the discus, throwing 152-11.
2003-04: Led the RedHawks in the discus with a top distance of 144-3 ... took 24th in the discus at the MAC Championships ... placed first in the discus for her first collegiate win at the Southern Ohio Cup ... finished fifth at the Miami Invitational ... also posted a sixth-place finish at the Billy Hayes Invitational.
High School: Earned all-state honors as both a junior and senior ... placed second at the state championships in both the shot put and discus as a senior ... finished fifth in the shot put at the state meet her junior year.
