"I'm thrilled to be joining the Creative Services and Fan Engagement department at Miami Athletics," said Mikolay. "Miami's impressive traditions, passionate fan base and rich history make it an incredible place to tell compelling stories and create memorable experiences. I am eager to contribute my skills to help elevate the RedHawk brand and connect with the community in meaningful ways."

"We are so excited to have Rachel join the Miami Athletics Creative Services and Fan Engagement team," said Renninger. "Rachel's work with the College Football Playoff showcased her rich skill sets on a national level. Her ability to recruit and coordinate a group of interns across the country to create exciting, engaging and innovative content for one of the most visible sets of athletic events in the country speaks volumes, and we are eager to see the impact she can make on Miami Athletics."
