Meet the 2025-26 Miami Hockey Team: Justin Stupka

OXFORD, Ohio— With the Miami Hockey season set to begin on Friday, Oct. 3 against Ferris State at Steve "Coach" Cady Arena, second-year head coach Anthony Noreen's program will have quite a few new faces in 2025-26.

Justin Stupka, a forward from New Cumberland, Pa., will join the RedHawks this year. He spent last season in the USHL with the Sioux City Musketeers.

PRIOR TO MIAMI

Put up 26 points (15-11-26) in 60 games with Musketeers during 2024-25 season, adding three points in five playoff games
Served as alternate captain for Sioux City road games in 2024-25
Produced 24 points (10-14-24) between Omaha Lancers and Sioux City Musketeers in 2023-24 season
Contributed 13 points (4-9-13) for Omaha in 2022-23
Has played 177 USHL games
Came up through Pittsburgh Penguins Elite program, serving as team captain in 16U year
Was a standout high school baseball pitcher and once recorded 18 strikeouts in a game
