Miami Golf Announces Schedule For 2025-26

OXFORD, Ohio— The Miami University golf program announced its complete 2025-26 schedule today. Head coach JD Fletcher's squad will host three team events next year, including the Moraine Intercollegiate, the Sweetens Cove Intercollegiate and the Muirfield Shootout.

The RedHawks open the fall season once again at South Dakota State's Island Resort Intercollegiate, which is set for Aug. 31-Sept. 1 at Sage Run Golf Course in Harris, Mich. Miami then travels to Minnesota's Gopher Invitational at Windsong Farm Golf Club in Independence, Minn. (Sept. 7-8) before returning to the Canadian Collegiate Invitational in MacTier, Ontario. Penn State and Kent State will continue to serve as co-hosts for the latter tournament, which will be held Sept. 14-16 at Oviinbyrd Golf Course.

Miami heads to Notre Dame on Oct. 6-7 for the Fighting Irish Classic at Warren Golf Course in South Bend, Ind. before concluding the fall by hosting the Moraine Intercollegiate. The RedHawks will welcome opponents to Moraine Country Club in Kettering, Ohio Oct. 13-14.

The spring portion of the slate opens in paradise, as the RedHawks fly west to participate in Hawaii's John A. Burns Intercollegiate at The Ocean Course at Hokuala in Lihue, Hawaii (Feb. 12-14). The next tournament on the schedule will come one month later when Miami heads south for Georgia Southern's Schenkel Invitational, set for March 13-15 at Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Ga. The RedHawks will then host the Sweetens Cove Intercollegiate at Sweetens Cove Golf Club in South Pittsburg, Tenn. from March 23-25.

In April, Miami makes a return visit to the prestigious Calusa Cup in Naples, Fla, which will be hosted by the University of Iowa (April 5-7). The RedHawks then have back-to-back events in the Columbus, Ohio area —Ohio State's Robert Kepler Intercollegiate (April 11-12) at the Columbus Country Club and Miami's own Muirfield Shootout (April 20) at The Country Club at Muirfield Village—to finish off the regular season.

The 2026 MAC Championship (hosted by Central Michigan) begins May 3 at Holliday Farms in Zionsville, Ind.

"We are super-grateful to have the opportunity to compete against some of the best teams across the country," said rising senior Michael Weber. "There are so many exciting events, including getting to travel to the John Burns in Hawaii, the Calusa Cup in Naples and the Canadian Collegiate.

"Our team is looking forward to the challenge that the schedule provides and the chance to prove ourselves against the best."
