Four RedHawks Earn All-MAC Honors

CLEVELAND— After last week's Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Athens, Ohio, four Miami University student-athletes earned All-MAC recognition from the conference.

Abby Suszek was named First-Team All-MAC, while Emily Eterovich, Allie Melchiorre and Ella Rigel were recognized as Second-Team All-MAC.

Suszek won gold in the 400m with a time of 53.34 and went on to capture bronze in the 200m, setting a new personal record in the latter (23.58). Eterovich claimed silver in the pole vault with a PR mark of 3.95 meters. Melchiorre won silver in the javelin with a personal-best distance of 45.90 meters. Rigel brought home silver in the hammer with a mark of 60.51 meters.
