
RedHawks Make Moves on Day 2 at MACs

GROVE CITY, Ohio— The Miami University men's team moved up the leaderboard to claim sole possession of fifth place after the second round of the MAC Championship. The RedHawks sit at three above par, or 579, only two strokes shy of fourth-place Ball State.

- Cameron Pero (78-66=144) moved up 24 places to lead the RedHawks, tied for 13th place. He shot an eagle on the 11th hole, ending the day at even par.
- Morgan Blythe (74-70=144) is also tied for 13th, moving up six places from the previous day.
- Matthew Mattioli (73-75=148), Brett Podobinski (74-74=148) and Michael Weber (76-72=148) are tied for 26th place.
