Trittschuh Named Assistant AD for Compliance

OXFORD, Ohio – Robbie Trittschuh has been named Assistant AD of Compliance for Miami Athletics, announced on Monday morning. Trittschuh comes to Miami after spending three years with the Cincinnati Bearcats.

"I'm thrilled to join Miami University and be part of RedHawk Athletics," said Trittschuh. "This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to a department with a strong tradition of excellence, and I'm excited to be a part of its continued success."

Trittschuh was promoted to Assistant Athletics Director of Compliance with the Bearcats back in December, 2024, and joined UC as the Director of Compliance in 2022. While with the Bearcats, he oversaw the day-to-day compliance for football, baseball and men's golf.

Prior to joining Cincinnati, he spent one year as the Associate Director of Compliance at East Carolina (2021-22) and two seasons as a Compliance Coordinator for South Alabama (2019-21). Trittschuh has also spent time as a compliance intern at Cincinnati, Nevada and Northern Kentucky.

"Robbie has an excellent background and brings a wealth of knowledge with navigating NCAA regulations and promoting a culture of compliance. We are confident that his leadership will continue to strengthen our athletics program and our commitment to excellence both on and off the field.

Originally from Van Wert, Ohio, Trittschuh received his bachelor's degree in business from UC where he was a member of the University of Cincinnati Bearcat Bands. He received his law degree from Northern Kentucky University, and he is admitted to the Ohio State Bar. He is an active member of NAAC, where he serves on the Membership and Awards committee and has been a panelist at multiple conventions. Trittschuh was the recipient of the 2024 NAAC Rising Star Award.
