OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University baseball veterans Dillon Baker and Carson Byers join head coach Brian Smiley in discussing the upcoming 2025 season expectations for the RedHawks, along with team goals. Smiley gives an inside look at the coaching staff and the importance each one of them has on the team. Furthermore, Smiley explains that the team is "trying to produce one of the best defensive teams in the country," as he makes it clear that the actions and habits they build will ultimately lead to success. Baker and Byers touch on relationships within the team and how they're working to improve heading into the start of the 2025 season.
