OXFORD, Ohio – Darrell Hallberg, Miami's Associate Athletic Director for Sport and Facility Services has announced the addition of Ainsley Phillips to his staff.

"I am beyond excited to join the Sport and Facility Services team at Miami University," said Phillips. "With a strong passion for athletics, I have respected the University's commitment to excellence and competitiveness in Division 1 sports and look forward to contributing to that tradition. The campus and athletic department are truly exceptional, and I am eager to be part of such a respected and high-achieving community."
Â
Phillips comes to Miami after spending the past year as an Outdoor Manager for Bullpen Tournaments. While there, she oversaw the intern program and helped them through the tournament operating process.
Â
She was also an intern with the Trine University Athletics Department from 2023-25, working with gameday operations, marketing and scheduling. Phillips also spent time with the Stinger Sports Academy (2024-25) and Bullpen Tournaments (2024).
Â
"We are excited to welcome Ainsley to our Sport and Facilities team and have her join the Miami Family," said Hallberg. "Her experience and knowledge as a collegiate-athlete provided her transferable skills such as teamwork, communication and resilience, which will only help to improve the student-athlete experience and our entire athletic department as a whole."
Â
