
Intzes, Trick Named Miami Athletes of the Week

For their performances last week, Justina Intzes and Adam Trick are Miami's Athletes of the Week, presented by Skyline Chili for the week of Oct. 13.
Female Winner: Justina Intzes (Mendoza, Argentina/Santa Maria)
Justina Intzes scored two of the RedHawks' three goals in their solo game of the week -- a 3-1 win over MAC foe James Madison. She also took five of Miami's ten shots, putting three on target. With her two scores, Intzes is now tied for the lead spot in the national scoring ranks for freshmen, averaging nearly a goal per game with 11 total goals through 12 appearances. A freshman from Mendoza, Argentina, she is studying Engineering Management in the College of Engineering and Computing.
Male Winner: Adam Trick
Adam Trick recorded a career-high seven tackles and added an interception, 2.5 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks in Miami's 20-7 win over Akron. Trick and the Miami defense held the Zips to seven points and 273 yards of offense, while his interception was the second of his career. A redshirt junior from Dayton, Ohio, he is studying Business Analytics in the Farmer School of Business.
