Poston Named Director of Sales and Service

OXFORD, Ohio – Miami Athletics is excited to announce the addition of Brian Poston as its newest Director of Sales and Service.
"I could not be happier to join the Miami Athletics family," said Poston. "I'm very grateful to Brad Okel for this amazing opportunity and allowing me to be a part of a very special community and fan base."
Poston comes to Miami after spending the past five seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals as a Member Relations Representative. While with the Bengals, he worked with over 2,000 accounts, helping to maximize season ticket renewals. This past season, Poston retained 99% of his renewal accounts. He was also responsible for gaining new business and continually created unique service strategies, ideas and programs to garner new business and retain season ticket members.
"I'm excited to have Brian join our team," said Brad Okel, Miami's Assistant VP of Development/Associate AD of Revenue Generation. "His expertise and experience with an organization on the rise will be invaluable as we continue our pursuit of Graduating Champions."
He served as an Inside Sales Consultant with the Bengals in 2019 and has also spent time with FC Cincinnati (2018 – Gameday Marketing Staff), Cincinnati Bengals (2018 – Suite Sales) and Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (2017 – Corporate Partners Intern).
Poston graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2018, with a degree in marketing.
