Men's Swim and Dive Keeps First at MAC Championships

Carbondale, Ill. – The men's swimming and diving team performed well on day two of the MAC Championships finishing first with 263 points, just one point ahead of Missouri State University (262 points).

How It Happened:
- Day two began with the 500 freestyle where Bryce Menchhofer finished second overall with a time of 4:26.67 alongside Yonatan Rosin in sixth (4:28.14), and Uros Djokovic in seventh (4:29.01).
- Following that, in the 200 IM, Henju Duvenhage won with a time of 1:43.96, qualifying for an NCAA B cut. Allen Cotton claimed fourth (1:45.98) also qualifying for an NCAA B cut, along with Owen Blazer in fifth (1:47.22)
- Jack Herczeg and Mason Miller both placed in the 50 freestyle finals, with Herczeg in seventh (20.49) and Miller in eighth (20.57).
- In diving events, Jackson Miller finished ninth overall in the 1 meter with a score of 268.55.
- The day concluded with the 400-medley relay A team finishing third overall, with Blazer, Adrian Dulay, Duvenhage and Ian Kmiliauskis coming in at 3:11.20.
