Miami Swimming and Diving Announces 15 Newcomers to Roster

OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University swimming and diving head coach Samantha Pitter has announced the addition of 15 student-athletes to her program ahead of the 2026-27 season.
CJ Bernardo, Alessia Cappelli, Alexandra Casanovas, Liam Clark, Abbie Curry, Elizabeth Gregory, Kohl Hanes, Mila Hoffman, Camilla Indadeski, Paige Lingenfelter, Evelyn Mulvihill, Joel Silver, Brady Stenson, Alyssa Uhlman and John Zeidler will join the RedHawks this fall.
"We're incredibly excited to welcome this group to Miami Swimming and Diving. As we looked for our next great class, we weren't simply looking for talented swimmers and divers—we were looking for young people who embody the values and culture we are building within our program," Pitter said. "This group brings a tremendous combination of competitive drive, academic excellence and character. They each have unique strengths that will help elevate our team, and more importantly, they are committed to something bigger than themselves. We believe they will make an immediate impact in our training environment while continuing our tradition of Graduating Champions. We can't wait to get them on campus and begin the work together."

- Named to the IHSA state team as a junior and senior
Liam Clark, Swimmer, Mason, Ohio (Mason High School)

- State meet finalist as a junior
- Summer junior national cut in the 400 IM as a junior
- Winter junior finalist as a senior
- Ohio District and state champion as a senior
- Named NISCA Boys High School Swimming All-American as a senior
- Holds the school record for 100 Breast and 200 IM
