MUNCIE, Ind. – The Miami University women's basketball team dropped a 91-56 decision on Wednesday night at Ball State. Miami (4-13, 2-5 MAC) was led by Riley Neal with 10 points, while Nyla Hampton had 14 points for the Cardinals (17-2, 7-0 MAC).

How it Happened:
- Hennessey Luu-Brown got things started quickly for the Red and White, drilling a triple 27 seconds into the contest before Ball State rattled off a 14-2 run. Jadyn Scott ended the run with a fade-away jumper, but the Cardinals led 17-7 after 10 minutes of play.
- Jadyn Scott opened the second with a triple from the corner to make it 17-10, before BSU's 11-2 run extended the Cardinals' lead, 28-12 midway through the second. Ball State's run continued to close the quarter and led 48-16 at the half.
- Jada Scott and Luu-Brown began the third with back-to-back three pointers, forcing a quick Ball State timeout. The Cardinals answered with a 9-3 run and led 72-38 entering the fourth.
- Ball State outscored Miami 19-18 in the final stanza.
Game Notes:
- Riley Neal finished with a career-best 10 points and added three rebounds and two assists.
- Maddy Huhn matched her career-high with nine points.
