Miami Men's Basketball Unveils 2023-24 Schedule

OXFORD, Ohio --Ā Miami University men's basketball unveiled the 2023-24 schedule Wednesday morning. The schedule contains six home non-conference games and six away non-conference games. One non-conference home contest will include a game in the MAC versus Sun Belt Challenge. The Red and White follow their non-conference play with an 18-game Mid-American Conference slate.
"I am really excited to announce our non-conference schedule," said Steele. "I wanted to really challenge our team by playing in some tough road environments as well as playing teams that have consistently been in the NCAA Tournament. This will help us prepare for MAC play."

Non-conference home games for the RedHawks includes hosting Texas State in the MAC/Sun Belt Challenge (Saturday, Nov. 11), Coppin StateĀ (Friday, Nov. 17), Eastern Illinois (Sunday, Nov. 19), Vermont (Friday, Dec. 22) and Wilberforce (Friday, Dec. 29). The RedHawks will also host a contest on Tuesday, Nov. 28 against an opponent yet to be named.Ā

The RedHawks hit the road for non-conference contests against Evansville (Monday, Nov. 6), St. Bonaventure (Saturday, Nov. 25), Marshall (Saturday, Dec. 2), Ohio State (Tuesday, Dec. 5/6), Davidson (Saturday, Dec. 9) and Wright State (Tuesday, Dec. 19). Miami will also travel on Feb. 10 to face a yet-to-be-determined opponent for the MAC/Sun Belt Challenge.
