After four days of competition, the Miami University women's swimming and diving team closed out the Mid-American Conference Women's Swimming and Diving Championships in third place. The RedHawks finished with 535 points, putting them behind the University of Akron in first (778.5 points) and the University at Buffalo in second (641 points).

At the championship award ceremony,
Nicole Maier tied for MAC Women's Outstanding Swimmer with Abby Daniel of Akron, and
Sydney Rice was named MAC Women's Freshman Diver of the Year.

All-MAC First Team honors were given to
Greta Kolbeck, Maier and
Madeline Padavic.

How It Happened:
- The final day of competition kicked off with the 1650 freestyle. Audrey Conley represented Miami in the championship finals, finishing eighth with a time of 16:57.07. Katheryn Antonowich finished 13th in the consolation finals, earning a time of 17:05.24.
- Angelina Cakuls placed a top-five program time in the 200 backstroke with her 1:57.72, landing her in fourth place. Also in the championship finals, Padavic took eighth, earning a time of 2:00.48 after landing a program top-10 time of 1:58.82 in prelims. The consolation finals had Jenna Halliday in 12th (2:01.36), Reid in 13th (2:01.39) and Emily Rinker in 14th (2:02.27).
- In the 100 freestyle, Julia Waechter tied for sixth with a time of 50.16. Honor Brodie-Foy finished 12th in consolation finals, earning a time of 50.74.
- Ashley Sego swam for the RedHawks in the consolation finals of the 200 breaststroke, finishing 15th with a time of 2:18.63.
- After breaking the pool record in prelims, Maier broke Miami's program record in the 200 butterfly championship finals, earning a NCAA B cut qualifying time of 1:56.56 and finishing second. Also in championships, Erin Szczupakiewicz placed eighth with a time of 2:02.42. Maggie Patterson took 12th in consolation finals, earning a time of 2:02.92.
- Rice placed third in the 3 meter diving finals for Miami, earning a NCAA Zone Championships qualifying score of 311.65 points.
- The championships closed with the 400 freestyle relay, where Maier, Brodie-Foy, Waechter & Halliday scored a program top-five combined time of 3:19.14. Maier's lead-off leg of 48.15 was also a program record in the 100 freestyle, earning NCAA B cut qualification.
