RedHawks Dominate the Flag City Open

FINDLAY, Ohio- The RedHawks dominated at Findlay's Flag City Open Friday night with a number of top-10 performances, both in track and field events.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The RedHawks finish up the weekend in South Bend, Ind. to compete in the Alex Wilson Invitational Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- On the field, Ella Scally finished in first place in the long jump event with 5.47m. Chloe Rickson was right behind her, coming in second place with 5.18m. Santornya Ralliford finished in third place in the shot put event with 13.35m. Sara Cupp added a fifth place finish with 12.28m. Ella Rigel finished in sixth place in the weight throw with 16.53m.
- Sydney Harmon (9.22) took third place and Madison Berger (9.55) came in sixth in the 60m hurdles. Ella Scally (7.76), Sydney Harmon (7.99), and Alanah Owens (8.02) took third, fifth, and sixth respectively in the 60m dash. Alanah Owens (26.74) and Rachel Smith (27.10) finished in fourth and fifth place in the 200m dash.
- Gretchen Feldkamp finished in fourth place in the 800m with a time of 2:25.87.
- Unattached thrower Ryan Smith came in first place in the shot put event with 17.71m. Ben Riegel (16.05m) and Blake Presley (14.95m) also threw unattached and came in fourth and eighth place respectively. Unattached runner Eman Alfred finished in first place in the 60m hurdles final with a time of 8.18. Julian Wagner ran unattached and finished in first place in the 60m dash with a time of 6.86. De'Yon Brown also posted a time of 6.86 to take second and Alfred came in fifth (6.97), both also running unattached.
