Miami Athletics Finishes Spring Semester With 3.17 GPA

OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University student-athletes continued to achieve stellar academic performances in the spring semester.
With the spring semester grades reported, the RedHawks' entire group of student-athletes combined to post a 3.17 grade-point average, marking their 35th-straight semester with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Collectively, 70.4% percent of Miami's student-athletes achieved a 3.0 GPA or higher. Overall, 46 student-athletes registered a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Twelve of the RedHawks' 18 teams recorded at least a 3.0 GPA in the spring semester, with the golf team's 3.68 GPA leading the way overall. On the women's side, the synchronized skating team led the way with a 3.60 team GPA for the spring.
