The RedHawks cooked dinner for the Oxford community on Wednesday night.
OXFORD, Ohio – Before flying out to Colorado Springs, Miami hockey treated the Oxford community to dinner at Berge's Bistro on Wednesday night.
The RedHawks went to work at Bell Tower on campus to serve pizza, chicken tenders and stir fry along with salad and dessert as supporters and student athletes lined up for the annual event put on by the Blue Line Club.
In addition to the meals, coaching staff and players made time to chat with their supporters as they enjoyed the fine dining while. Not content to leave a mess, several members of the RedHawks toiled behind the scenes cleaning up the dishes as they were used up.
Miami is in action on Friday when it begins a series at Colorado College at 9:37 p.m. ET. Watch parties for both that game and Saturday's finale (8:07 p.m. ET) will be hosted by the Blue Line Club at Gaslight Brewhouse.
