
Golf Tied for Sixth at MAC Championships

AURORA, Ohio – Miami University is currently tied for sixth after two rounds of play at the MAC Championships. The RedHawks shot a 306 and 297 to finish the day at 27-over par. Kent State and Eastern Michigan are tied for first at five-over par.
Sophomore Charlie Nikitas shot a three-over par 75 in round one and a two-over par 74 in round two to end the day tied for 13th at five-over par. Duncan McNeill of Toledo is the current individual leader at five-under par.
Redshirt senior Brian Ohr and junior Cam Solomon are both tied for 18th at six-over par. Ohr shot rounds of 74 and 76 while Solomon shot rounds of 80 and 70. Sophomore Jack Mortell shot two rounds of 77 and is tied for 31st at 10-over par. Freshman Jack Ebner finished the day in 41st after shooting rounds of 81 and 80.
