The Brotherhood Adds Capstick for 19-20

The Langley Rivermen’s captain has 30 points in 56 games on the blue line.
OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University hockey has added another to The Brotherhood as defenseman Alec Capstick has signed a National Letter of Intent.
Capstick is a 6-3 blue liner from Langley, British Columbia who is serving as captain of the BCHL's Langley Rivermen. In 56 games this season, Capstick has 31 points on five goals and 26 assists. The entirety of Capstick's junior career has been with the Rivermen and he has logged 153 games on their blue line.
Prior to his juniors career, Capstick spent a year with Yale Hockey Academy Prep, notching 21 points (8g, 13a) in 25 games in 2014-15 and that followed a 62-point season in 2013-14 with the Langley Eagles.
Capstick joins Chase Brand, Jack Clement, Brett Murray and Ryan Savage as signed commitments for the 2019-20 season.
