OXFORD, Ohio – Miami University head soccer coach
Courtney Sirmans wasted no time getting her freshman class on board as the signing period opened up on Wednesday.
Sirmans signed seven student-athletes to National Letters of Intent to bolster the 2020 roster. Joining the RedHawks in the fall are Haley Anspach (Medina, Ohio/Medina), Camber Hayes (Bowie, Md./St. John's College), Julia Hoffman (Cincinnati, Ohio/Seton), Kara Hudson (San Antonio, Texas/Tom C Clark), Hailey Matthews (Huntersville, N.C./Hough), Elle Scott (Brentwood, Tenn./Brentwood) and Kyleigh von Klahr (Kannapolis, N.C.).

High School/Club: Lettered all four years in soccer and picked up three more letters in track & field … expected to enroll at Miami in January and be a full participant during the spring season … played club for Cleveland FC … finished her high school career with 59 goals (third in school history) and 142 points (fifth) … earned first-team all-state honors in 2019 and was a four-time all-conference selection … part of two high school conference champion soccer teams … named Medina County Player of the Year in 2019 … picked up all-district accolades twice … helped Cleveland FC win eight state cups and was part of a 17U National Championship squad … also set school records in three different events on the track … four-year member of the honor roll who will graduate in December.
High School/Club: Played most of her soccer at the club level with Baltimore Armour Girl's Development Academy … also played one year of high school soccer, earning Team MVP as a freshman, earning Second Team All-Western Catholic Athletic Conference honors in the process … won a U-23 championship with the Washington Spirit Reserves in 2019 … member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society … brother, Jacori, played soccer at Wake Forest and professionally with FC Dallas while her sister, Carmyn, played soccer at Wisconsin.
High School/Club: Lettered four times in soccer and three times in basketball … played club for Total Futbol Academy (TFA) … led her team in scoring with 35 goals over her career, pacing her league in scoring as a sophomore in 2017 and finishing third in the league in scoring in 2019 … earned all-conference honors four times, including first-team accolades in 2017 and 2019 … also earned all-region distinction in 2017 and 2019 … helped high school team win a district title in 2019 … club team has consistently ranked in the national top 10, winning several Ohio State Cups and finishing as high as third in the USYSA National Championships during her time … member of the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society … made the All-Southwest Academic Team three times.
High School/Club: Lettered three times in soccer … helped team claim a district title … played club ball for Classics Elite … graduating summa cum laude.

High School/Club: Lettered all four years in soccer, served as high school team captain as a senior … helped team reach the state finals in 2019 … chipped in five goals and six assists as a defender during her senior season while helping team post 15 shutouts … played club for Tennessee Soccer Club, which she helped win six-straight Tennessee State Championships, two Southern Regional Premier League Championships and an ECNL Ohio Valley Conference title … three-time all-district selection … member of the National Honor Society … will become the fourth member of her family to attend Miami … uncle, Frank Goldsberry, served as an assistant women's basketball coach for two years … uncle, Brady Hoke, was a head football coach at Michigan, San Diego State and Ball State.
