Miami men's basketball to have three nationally televised games
CLEVELAND – The Mid-American Conference announced the largest television package in conference history on Friday. As part of the package, three Miami University men's basketball games will be nationally televised. In addition, all men's and women's basketball home games will be broadcast on either ESPN+ or ESPN3.
The RedHawks season opener at Butler on Nov. 10 will air on Fox Sports Net and Fox Sports Go at 7 p.m. Miami's contest at Xavier on Nov. 28 will air on Fox Sports 1 at 6:30 p.m. Finally, the Red and White's game at Buffalo on Jan. 12 will air on CBS Sports Network at noon.
Throughout the months of February and March, the MAC and its television partners will utilize a 21-day selection window to pick wild card games that will air nationally. If selected, a Miami game scheduled for Saturday could be potentially moved to a Friday night slot.
