Miami Divers Compete at Zone Diving Meet

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Miami University's three divers, Pei Lin, Harrison Moncino and Sean Sargent, competed at the Zone Diving meet in Bloomington, Indiana on Thursday afternoon.
Lin qualified for the NCAA Championships in the three-meter dive with a total combined score of 737.15. She was first in the preliminary round with 375.80 points and added on 361.35 more in the finals.
Sargent placed 17th in the preliminary round of the one-meter dive, scoring 271.50 points. He tallied 297.50 more in the finals to end with a score of 569.05, earning him 16th place overall. Harrison
Moncino scored 264.00 points in prelims, which earned him 19th place. If he had finished 18th, he would have advanced to the finals.
All three divers will compete on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. Lin will dive in the one-meter board as the men try their luck at the three-meter.
