Senior Team Closes Weekend at Cape Cod Classic

BOURNE, Mass. – The Miami University senior synchronized skating team finished off the 2016 calendar year at the 22nd Annual Cape Cod Classic on Sunday with a third place finish in the free skate.
The team, who performed to “Samson and Delilah”, earned a total score of 93.53. The top spot went to Les Supremes with a score of 121.45, while the Haydenettes earned a runner-up finish by posting a 106.75.
The RedHawks are not back in action until Jan. 14 when the junior and collegiate teams travel to Synchro Illinois. From Jan. 19-21, the senior team will be competing in Salzburg, Austria, at the Mozart Cup.
