Bill Bosway Biography

Bill Bosway earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Miami University in 1987 and earned an M.S. in management from Purdue University in 1989.
He has been with Emerson for 24 years in a variety of global management positions including manufacturing, marketing, product management, and general management. Bosway is currently Group Vice President of the Emerson Climate Technologies Refrigeration, Solutions, and Global Electronics business group, and also has responsibility for the Climate Technologies business in Latin America, and manages global business development activities for the Climate group as well. Prior to his current position, he spent nine years in Asia, based in Hong Kong, where he was President for the Climate Technologies business in Asia.
Bosway currently serves as a Foundation Trustee for Lehman Catholic High School in Sidney, Ohio, and also serves on a number of company Boards in the U.S. and Europe.
He and his wife, Mary (Miami ’87), have three children and live in Sidney, Ohio.
