Workshop Details
The Miami University Sports Medicine program invites you to Oxford, Ohio for their 2013 Athletic Training Workshop. Campers will receive instruction from Miami University and Ball State University Sports Medicine Staffs, Students, Alumni and area Healthcare Professionals. This workshop will provide prospective athletic trainers with a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of athletic training.
Enrollment
This workshop is open to any and all male and female students entering grade 9 through their freshman year of college. The overnight fee of $285 includes all instruction, housing, meals and a t-shirt. The day camper fee of $150 includes all instruction, lunch and a t-shirt.
Medical Form
In order to participate, all campers must complete the Miami Sports Camps medical form. The form is available under the "Documents" tab.
Refund Policy
If a camper cancels at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the workshop they will receive a full refund of the workshop cost. Once the 10 day deadline has passed, a camper is eligible for a refund equal to half of the workshop fee if notification of cancellation is received at least 3 days prior to the workshop. No refund will be given to those campers that cancel within 3 days of the workshop or do not attend. In no situation is the online registration fee refundable. Special consideration will be given to cancellations due to medical or family emergencies and school related commitments. If you are requesting a refund because of one of the reasons previously listed, documentation of the situation must be provided. All refund request forms are due within 2 weeks after the first day of the workshop. Any refund requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Please make all checks or money orders payable to Miami University. In order for the camper to be enrolled in the workshop, full payment must be received.
