Miami Athletics Announces 2012 Coaches Caravan

Miami University Athletics and the Miami University Alumni Association are pleased to announce the 2012 Miami Athletics’ Coaches Caravan event schedule.
The caravan, hosted in six cities in Ohio and also in Chicago, will provide Miami alumni, fans, and supporters the opportunity to get an up-close snapshot of select Miami student-athletes, coaches and personnel.
“We were pleased with our initial Caravan concept last year,” said Athletic Director Brad Bates. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to travel areas of great interest with our alumni and fans and to have them get to meet and spend time with our exceptional student-athletes and coaches.”
Dates, locations and venues for 2012 are:
Monday, May 14 – Cincinnati, OH (Buca di Beppo-Rookwood)
Tuesday, May 15 – Dayton, OH (Dayton Country Club)
Monday, May 21 – Columbus, OH (The River Club at Confluence Park)
Tuesday, May 22 – Toledo, OH (Maumee River Yacht Club)
Wednesday, May 23 – Cleveland, OH (Lago Restaurant and Wine Bar)
Thursday, May 31 – Chicago, IL (Rockit Wrigley)
Thursday, June 7 - Oxford, OH (Oxford Summer Music Festival Concert)
*All Ohio events will begin at 6 p.m. (ET) and the Chicago event will begin at 6 p.m. (CT)
