OXFORD, Ohio--This season, Miami is offering a special Rivalry Package to RedHawk men's basketball fans. The package includes matchups against two of the RedHawks' closest rival, featuring games against Cincinnati on Dec. 21 and Ball State on Feb. 1.
A mere 35 miles apart, long-time local rival Cincinnati highlights the rivalry package. The Bearcats' visit to Millett Hall marks the first time in nearly two decades the teams have clashed in Oxford with the last meeting coming during the 1992-93 season.
As the RedHawks' closest Mid-American Conference rival--just 75 miles away--Ball State is the second featured match-up of the Rivalry Package. The Cardinals have been predicted to win the MAC West Division in the preseason media poll.
For just $39.95, Miami fans can be a part of two of the RedHawks' rivalry games, and it is the only way to see the Cincinnati game in person as tickets to the Dec. 21 game will only be sold as a Rivalry Package.
Additionally, Miami has announced single-game ticket prices for the season. Reserved seating is $15 per ticket with youth reserved tickets set at $10. General admission prices are $10 per ticket. The Dec. 1 game against Xavier is priced at $25 for all seats.
